Welcome to PLUS-IS. By accessing our website, registering for a course, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Admission & Registration
- Every prospective student is eligible to attend 2 FREE live demo classes before admission.
- Admission is confirmed only after successful payment of the applicable course fee and a non-refundable Registration Fee of ₹250.
- Students must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
2. Course Fees
- Course fees must be paid according to the selected payment plan.
- Students opting for installment payments must pay each installment on or before the due date.
- Failure to pay fees on time may result in suspension of classes and student services until all outstanding dues are cleared.
3. Attendance Policy
- Students are expected to attend classes regularly.
- A minimum of 80% attendance is mandatory to be eligible for course completion certification.
- Students who remain absent for more than 25 consecutive days without prior information or approval may have their enrollment cancelled by PLUS-IS.
4. Course Completion & Certification
- Certificates will be issued only after successful completion of the course.
- Students must maintain the required attendance, complete all required assignments/projects (if applicable), and clear all outstanding dues.
- Students who voluntarily discontinue the course before completion will not be eligible for a certificate.
5. Recorded Video Access
Recorded sessions are available as an optional service.
Charges:- ₹500 per software module.
- ₹1,000 for the complete course (special bundled price).
- Recorded video access is valid for 1 year from the date of activation.
- Access can be renewed after expiry by paying the applicable renewal charges.
- Renewal charges may change without prior notice.
Recorded videos are for the personal use of the enrolled student only. Sharing, copying, recording, downloading, distributing, or selling any course content is strictly prohibited.
6. Intellectual Property
- All study materials, videos, presentations, assignments, projects, logos, website content, and learning resources are the exclusive intellectual property of PLUS-IS.
- Unauthorized copying, recording, sharing, reproduction, or commercial use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
7. Placement Assistance
- PLUS-IS provides career guidance, resume preparation, interview support, and placement assistance.
- However, job placement, salary, interview selection, and employment cannot be guaranteed, as they depend on individual skills, performance, experience, and market conditions.
8. Success Stories & Promotional Use
- Students who secure employment through the support of PLUS-IS may have their name, photograph, testimonial, company name, placement details, or video feedback featured on our website, social media pages, advertisements, brochures, and other promotional materials.
- If a student does not wish to be featured, they must notify the institute in writing before publication.
9. Student Conduct
Students are expected to maintain professional and respectful behavior. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Misconduct with trainers or staff.
- Harassment or abusive language.
- Sharing login credentials.
- Recording live classes without permission.
- Sharing or selling study materials.
- Disrupting classroom sessions.
Violation may result in suspension or termination of enrollment without refund.
10. Batch Management
- PLUS-IS reserves the right to change batch timings, trainers, class schedules, or merge batches whenever necessary for academic or operational reasons.
11. Limitation of Liability
- PLUS-IS shall not be liable for losses arising from internet failures, power interruptions, technical issues, device malfunctions, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
12. Policy Updates
- PLUS-IS reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on the official website.
13. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
