Fee Refund Policy

Free Demo Classes

• Every prospective student is entitled to attend 2 FREE live demo classes before admission. These sessions allow students to understand the course structure, trainer's teaching style, and overall learning experience.

Registration Fee

• A Registration Fee of ₹250 is charged at the time of admission.
• This fee covers administrative and enrollment processes and is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Course Fee Refund

• As students have the opportunity to attend free demo classes before enrollment, course fees paid after admission are generally non-refundable.
• Refund requests, if any, will only be considered under exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of the management of PLUS-IS or where required by applicable law.

Batch Cancellation

• A full refund of the course fee paid (excluding the Registration Fee), or
• Transfer to the next available batch without additional charges.

Duplicate Payments

• Any duplicate or excess payment made due to a technical issue will be verified and refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days.
